About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer / Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising analytics. You will be at the forefront of building scalable, end-to-end AI systems that power impression estimation, audience reach measurement, store visitation modelling (Go-To-Store), and intelligent campaign optimisation.

You will work at the intersection of geospatial intelligence, mobility data, and advanced AI — translating complex data signals into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes for OOH media planning and performance.

Responsibilities

OOH Analytics & Measurement

  • Design and implement impression estimation models using mobility and traffic datasets
  • Develop methodologies for reach, frequency, and audience exposure
  • Build store visitation (Go-To-Store) models using geospatial intelligence
  • Define campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks

Geospatial & Mobility Intelligence

  • Work with GPS mobility data, POIs, and spatial joins
  • Model audience movement patterns and catchment areas
  • Estimate exposure likelihood based on proximity and movement

Optimisation & Media Planning

  • Build media selection algorithms based on budget, audience, and performance
  • Develop ranking and scoring systems for media inventory
  • Create optimisation engines to maximise reach and impressions

Advanced AI Systems

  • Build predictive models for campaign performance and media effectiveness
  • Develop experimentation frameworks and A/B testing systems
  • Implement agent-based systems for campaign insights and automation

Requirements

  • Strong ML/DL fundamentals and statistical modelling
  • Python, SQL, PySpark and knowledge of large-scale data processing tools such as Ray
  • Experience with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases
  • Strong understanding of OOH advertising and geospatial analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in AI engineering / data science

Nice to Have

  • Experience in OOH, AdTech, or location intelligence platforms
  • Experience with mobility or foot traffic datasets
  • Knowledge of GIS systems and spatial indexing
