About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Jr. Human Resource to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their HR career and gain hands-on exposure across core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new joiners
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist in HR operations including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee data management
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS as required
  • Help ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently
  • Provide general HR support to employees for routine queries

Requirements

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent (or pursuing final year)
  • 1-2 year of experience or relevant internship in HR preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic documentation
  • Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Nice to Have

  • Prior internship in HR within a tech or AI-focused company
  • Exposure to HRMS tools and recruitment platforms
